Manufacturers Guarantees will be null and void in the event of any malfunction caused by a form of power surge/interruption, in these cases the matter is to be taken up with the electricity provider or the household insurance company. Digital Future Communications are always available to provide detailed Engineers Reports in these cases for the point of making claims, these reports would be charged accordingly at the normal rate. Other terms and conditions may be in force relevant to a specific product not manufactured by Digital Future Communications S.L and we will not be held responsible for losses for other companies supplied products. All new equipment installed by Digital Future Communications S.L is covered by the manufacturers standard RTB guarantee, unless otherwise stated as a second user product in which case the quoted term of guarantee shall apply, to be a maximum of 1 year.
